CONTESTANT WAIVER AND RELEASE

I, the undersigned, apply to enter such contests, events or exhibitions as I may choose being held at the Lolo Peak Arena, 12521 Arena Dr. Lolo, MT 59847.

   In consideration of accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs,

executors,  and assigns, so waive and release any and all claims and rightful claims for damages I have against Lolo Peak Arena, it’s owners, officers and agents, with regard to any competition I enter, and for all injuries suffered by me in any contest, event or exhibition. (If applicant shall not have obtained age of legal majority, 18 years, the signature of parent or guardian shall be required.)
